Kristin Hambridge LICSW and Paula Leech LMFT-CST are sex therapists and educators, with children of their own, who want to help you take back “the talk” by providing you with comprehensive sex education and tools to navigate the often overwhelming influence of caregiver modeling behaviors on healthy development; while also answering any and all questions you may have along the way. By the end of this workshop, you will:

Take back the power to understand what is happening with your child’s sexual development at each developmental stage.

Take Back your own sex education and fill in its gaps left by subpar high school sex-ed, uncomfortable conversations with adults and locker room gossip.

Take back the ability to connect with your child over uncomfortable topics and understand how arming yourself with information strengthens and deepens the bond between caregiver and child.

Take back your own fears related to masturbation, nudity, pornography, unsafe touch and peer sex-play.

Take back your own anxiety and develop the ability to respond to sexual expression, in-the-moment, with a clear head and open heart.

Take back your partnered relationship in a way that models healthy sexual expression and intimacy.

Take back the ability to unconditionally support your children’s gender expression and sexual orientation.

Kristin Hambridge, LICSW is a Queer, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and Sex Therapist with a private practice in Wellesley, MA. In addition to a number of sexual wellness specialties, one of Kristin’s passions is to end sexual stigma and make sure that everyone has access to comprehensive, accurate, queer, and pleasure-focused sexual education. She knows that the best outcomes for sexual satisfaction, safety, and overall health require age-appropriate sex education as early as possible. In addition to her professional life, Kristin runs Sex Stuff WIth Kristin on social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. She has a spunky and curious four-year-old child who keeps her on her toes, a rescue pup, and husband.

Paula Leech, LMFT, CST, CSTS is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Sex Therapist, and an instructor/supervisor for students of Sex Therapy. She has worked extensively with families, individuals, and couples towards thriving, healthy, connected relationships for over ten years. She believes that sexuality plays a critical role in optimal health and well-being as a fundamental part of who we are, how we love ourselves and others, and in how we “do” intimacy and closeness.  She hopes to empower parents to bring age-appropriate, comprehensive sex education and conversation into the home as a critical means to this end. In her spare time, she is mommy to her one-year-old wild child, a not-so-domestic but loving wife, and a wannabe yogi and meditation enthusiast.
